Welcome to Toontown WebInfo!Toontown WebInfo is a
brand new information system for Disney's Toontown Online with the following features:
- Web invasion tracker: By running it, TT WebInfo will transmit infos about invasions in the district where you're currently playing in to its Server, which then can generate a invasion table where all districts people are playing in and running TT WebInfo are shown plus if there's currently an invasion running (of course with Cog type, start and end time, duration of the last invasion in this district and the remaining time).
This means: If you just want to know what invasions are currently running, you don't need to download anything. Just visit the invasion table. But you can help Toontown WebInfo collecting data about invasions in more districts when you download and run the Toontown WebInfo program. If you do so, you are also immediately informed about new invasion events (e. g. an invasion has begun) with indication of district, cog type and start time as well as end time. Moreover, it has the functions of a local invasion tracker, so it displays the invasion status of the district you're currently playing in plus remaining time (even with audio notification of remaining time). Also the TT WebInfo tray icon will color blue when there's an invasion. Finally, the invasion table is integrated in the Toontown Webinfo program window so you don't have to have a browser window open if you want to have an overview about the currently running invasions in the various districts (see images below). - Signature image creator: When the program is set to online and this function is explicitly enabled by the user, it transmits information about your current Toontown status (if you're currently playing, your Toon's name and picture, the location where your Toon is, the district you're playing in and if theres currently an invasion). The server then generates an image with these informations. When your Toontown status has changed (going to another neighbourhood for example), the image will automatically be updated. You can use this picture for a forum signature to show others your Toontown status.
Please note that enabling this feature could cause privacy issues related to Toontown, especially with children. Please read the article User and System Safety for more information about how to protect children.
The image will look like the one follows:

All you need for that is a Toontown WebInfo account and the Toontown WebInfo Program:

As mentioned above, the Toontown WebInfo program can also be used to reportcurrent Invasions to allow others to see immediately in which districts the current invasions are taking place.
If there is a player logged in with the Toontown WebInfo program in any district where an invasion starts or ends, the program displays this event in its window on the right side. In addition there appears a mini-window below:

So you can see on a single view, where an Invasion started and what kind it was -- even when Toontown is not running!
Also have a look on this
Invasions chart.
Example:

The more players use the program, the more Invasion messages from different districts the tool (and the chart) can show!
And that's how it works:
1. Create a Toontown WebInfo accountNow you only have to download the program:
2. Download Toontown WebInfo programSo that the program can receive the actual Toontown infos as soon as you restarted your PC, you should best enable this checkbox:

So that the program won't annoy you if you want to do something else, you can simply minimize the program window or click on the red X in the top right corner. The window disappears from the taskbar, but still continues to run. You can recognize this symbol on the right edge of your taskbar, which is displayed in various color according to its status:
Priority 1:

If there's currently an invasion running in the district you're playing in, the (tray-) icon of the WebInfo program colors blue. So you can see at a single view if there's currently an invasion, also when the WebInfo window is minimized. If the remaining time of the invasion is less than two minutes, it will start blinking. Because this is the highest priority, the icon will also color blue if Toontown WebInfo can't connect to the server at the moment.
Priority 2:

If there is no invasion in the district you're playing in and you don't have an internet connection (or the server is temporarily unavailable), the icon will color red.
Priority 3:

If WebInfo has a connection to server, but you set to not show your Toon's Informations in the signature image, the icon will color gray.
Priority 4:

Else, the icon will color green (no invasion in your district, connection to server established, Toon's information shall be displayed in signature image).
The Toontown WebInfo program checks every 2 seconds if Toontown is presently running and extracts from the log files in the Toontown folder the infos about the current toon playing, district, neighbourhood and if there is an Invasion running at present. When the program has established a connection to the server, it transmits this information to the server, which then can generate the signature image and send invasion events to other TT WebInfo users as well as create the invasion table. For the calculation of the remaining time, it uses the average duration of the last three invasions of the districts. Also, it considers the number of Bots to be defeated given by an invasion (e. g. a Player-made invasion (CJ defeating reward) has usually 1000 bots, whereas a Disney-made invasion has 4000 bots) to calculate the time correctly.
